These past few months our team has been watching a lot of NASCAR. After a few races, we started to ponder… what if our system was as fast as those guys doing pit stops? What if, when our users needed a fix, we could get them their new gear in a matter of seconds?
Well, as many of you know, we aren’t adding new features every 24 seconds. But, this past Friday night–what we did do–is made the switch to upgrade our servers!
With the HITECH Act and incentives in place to help physicians make the move to electronic records, many stakeholders in health technology have been very busy trying to keep the pace with meeting Meaningful Use requirements. This temporary stagnation has led many to sacrifice on basic quality improvements. We don’t want to be that service, and we don’t want you to deal with that service.
