By sharing security pointers, you can help your personal and patient data from being leaked and shared with outside sources. Below are some pointers to get started with.
Tip 1: Make sure your DrChrono password is complicated and strong. Here is how:
- Create a long password
- Use a nonsense phrase for password
- Use numbers, symbols, and uppercase and lowercase letters
- DO NOT use personal information
- DO NOT reuse passwords
Tip 2: Use a password manager to help keep track of all of your different passwords. No need to memorize complicated passwords with a password manager to keep track of them for you.
Tip 3: Turn on 2-factor authentication (2FA) in DrChrono to add another layer of protection when logging in. Go to the security tab in account settings and enable two-factor authentication.
