DrChrono Security Tips

By sharing security pointers, you can help your personal and patient data from being leaked and shared with outside sources. Below are some pointers to get started with.

Tip 1: Make sure your DrChrono password is complicated and strong. Here is how:

  • Create a long password
  • Use a nonsense phrase for password
  • Use numbers, symbols, and uppercase and lowercase letters
  • DO NOT use personal information
  • DO NOT reuse passwords

Tip 2: Use a password manager to help keep track of all of your different passwords. No need to memorize complicated passwords with a password manager to keep track of them for you.

Tip 3: Turn on 2-factor authentication (2FA) in DrChrono to add another layer of protection when logging in. Go to the security tab in account settings and enable two-factor authentication.
