Medical Billing Provider Claims & ERA Enrollment Help

When physicians use the DrChrono.com platform to do their medical billing we have a process in place that makes payer/insurance company enrollment easy.

As a physician enters a patient into the platform and submits a claim, we do a check to see if the physician is enrolled with the payer to submit medical claims and to receive ERAs. If the physician is not enrolled we will email any necessary forms (on Mondays). Once the forms are filled out, the forms need to be faxed to (212) 208-6881.

Below is an example of a payer being added/updated, doing so will notify us to do a check to see if they physician is enrolled with the payer:

The Claims and ERA enrollment forms that are emailed to the physician have a header page, as well as additional pages generally.
